Terms and Conditions for Casa Pura Vida Surf Hostel

Welcome to Casa Pura Vida Surf Hostel. Before using our website or making a reservation, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing our website or booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Reservation and Payment:

  1. Booking Confirmation:

  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid credit card guarantee.

  1. Payment Methods:

  • We accept various payment methods, including cash upon arrival. Details are provided during the reservation process.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

  • You must cancel your reservation a full 7 days prior to arrival or during your stay. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the entire stay.

Check-In and Check-Out:

  1. Check-In:

  • Check-in is available from 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM. If you arrive outside of these hours, please notify us in advance to make arrangements for your key.

  1. Check-Out:

  • Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Payment and Taxes:

  1. Payment Upon Arrival:

  • Payment is due upon arrival and can be made in cash.

  1. Taxes:

  • Taxes (13%) are not included in the displayed rates.

Additional Information:

  1. Reception Hours:

  • Our reception is open from 7:30 AM to 22:00 PM. If you arrive outside of reception hours, please notify us in advance for key arrangements.

  1. Late Arrival Notification:

  • We will hold your reservation until 20:00 PM. If you are arriving after 20:00 PM, please notify us via email or phone. Failure to notify us may result in the release of your room after 20:00 PM.

  1. Credit Card Validation:

  • We reserve the right to charge your credit card for $1 or 1 night’s stay to validate its validity.
